Keep hoping I'll see some Don Cherry show up in the LP bins. When it does, it's mine!! I've been wanting Eternal... on wax for like forever. Also hoping to see Sun Ra's Space is the Place show up on vinyl, too.

I sold a mint original of Space Is The Place last year for about 70 bucks. It was beautiful.
I remember my friend getting a collection that included unopened Don Cherry LPs on Actuel. Those fetched some big bucks as well. I have gotten some other ones for pretty cheap though. |

I forgot this one...I need it. From the same period, I also need Anthony Braxton's For Alto.

Blimey, I just downloaded this and you are correct sir. It's really fucking good.
I like the fact that the ebay listing says 'breaks?'....haha...as if. |

Also, nice to see some mention of Outerspaceways Inc by Sun Ra....no-one seems to mention that one and it's one of my favourite Sun Ra records of the clutch that I have got. Good call Atari.

I downloaded this album, and am now going to have to hunt through jazz shops in London in search of a copy. It's mighty top quality, yes.

There was a copy on ebay the other day that went for about $12 but it would have been another $12 to post it to the UK. I was tempted though.

I'm sure Rays Jazz or one of the Camden shops will have a copy. I'm very glad I'm not worried about original pressings of vinyl. A lot of these sorts of things aren't rare in the sense of being the sort of thing that you'll never find (Unlike the first Derek Bailey LP, for instance) but the sort of thing that'll take a few years to show up. My Record Collector gland starting salivating then. Mmm.
