lets talk transpo...... I have a 95 Bianchi. I commute with it almost every day (at least 80% of the time.) wife has 4 cyl truck, '94. 110 K. about 7k a year. I have a 4 cyl hatchback 85 subaru with 115K. I've owned it for 10 years and have only put 6k on it. about 600 miles a year. I fill the tank usually about every 4 months. |

I've got a huge empty whiskey barrel, a ton of 5 gallon gas containers, generator, couple life vest, etc. The spill is right off the coast of where I live... but 100 miles out. My dad's (coast guard) working the site this next week. We'll have inside scoop and routes..... I'll provide a place to work out of, but will [er,hmm] require a bigger percentage of the loot.

^ I was thinking about starting my own refinery (off the spillage that is)!
I'm through fleeing (well, until the next hurricane, gulp)
