Can someone help me out by identifying a song??

Its the very last song on this Thes One mix tape/CD

It's a fantastic mix of songs so its worth downloading anyway if you like really really excellent hip hop, but the last song which starts at 56:50 is just my favourite and i can't find out who it is anywhere, i have tried searching for the lyrics etc etc.

The lyrics as far as i can hear them are

If anyone recognises it after hearing it, or from the lyrics then please let me know. It sounds old, the recording on the mix tape/cd sounds like it was recorded from a record as there is crackling.
