Anybody really like the Circus Devils (aka Bob Pollard)? Anybody heard the newest album Sgt. Disco? I think it's excellent.
I never found Guided By Voices albums nearly as interesting as lots of Robert Pollard's solo material and side projects. I think Circus Devils might be his best arrangement. I thought it felt sort of like a soundtrack to a non-existant movie. |

i've got pinball mars and i don't really like it very much, generally i'm not into the side projects that consist of someone else doing the music and pollard just singing on top of it.
