My friend all of a sudden yelled, DUDE GET IN HERE, MAX HEADROOM IS ON TV. And when I got into the living room sure enough, he was, and he was talking about George W. Bush? WTF? Did anyone else see this? It was definately a television commercial. It wasn't an interruption or anything and it was actually an advertisement for something, I just can't remember what

He was immitating the way Bush talks and then he referred to his own stutter as a verbal hesitancy. He then said something about Bush being heavily medicated
