i like almost all kinds of english sausages, from cheap walls sausages to fancy prince charles duchy brand or whatever, i love chorizo too and almost any kind of salami, i'm not so fond of italian salami though as it tastes like farts, except when it's peperoni and on a pizza.
what kind of sausages do you like? |

the mexican is very spicy and has some herbs in it, goes well with eggs or beans or what not. the argentinian chorizo i know is very plain but good quality meat and it's usually grilled, i like it on a fresh roll. i haven't eaten an actual spanish chorizo having always been far away from the iberian peninsula. but those spaniards know their pork-- damn antisemites! (note: a joke, people, a joke, but based on historical fact). |

A great way to eat chorizo is with brie on a baguette or panini.
