Master Cleanse diet, look it up... it's basically a fast, and you only drink this lemonade drink, and then salt water in the mornings... there's more to it, but that's basically it. Anyways, it can totally detox your body, and you lose about 2 pounds a day in the process.

beef is good and perfectly safe when you eat good quality; try eliminating allergens like gluten (it happens: wheat/rye/barley/oats).

asians and hispanics the world over use rice, white rice, as their main foodstuff, combined with some saucy side dish served atop the rice. they are not fat. rice is good for you. fat is good for you. everything is good for you. everything is BAD for you if taken/eaten too much.

I stopped eating meat a few months ago and I have very slowly started to lose weight. Wheat toast with margarine is the best thing everrr.

I'd recommend a good, regular form of exercise list gym work or running. I've lost a stone so far this year by starting to exercise properly, and feel way better for it. The old beer belly is almost gone!
