Keiji Haino's softer stuff is awesome sleep music. Especially "Nijiumu - Era Of Sad Wings", "Affection" and "Twenty-first Centuary Hard-y Guid-y Man".

John Cale - Sun Blindness Music (the 40 minute drone track, not the whole album) John Cale and Terry Riley - Church of Anthrax Shogun Kunitoki - s/t Birchville Cat Motel - Gunpowder Temple of Heaven Sebadoh - The Freed Man SYR 3 Circle - Miljard Steve Reich - Music for 18 Musicians I've put on that TOE Guitar Trio box set to drift off to a few times as well. Sure I've missed tons.
