A date with a member of Pavement at Ikea…it may be obvious, but lets all agree it’s original. Here’s the deal, if you think your home needs an upgrade, submit a photo at imeem and write a short essay on why you derserve to win a shopping spree at ikea. Winner will be joined by a member of Pavement on their $500 Ikea shopping spree. Swedish meatballs are on us. To enter, just submit your photo and essay here.

the Ikea round here has a bad Rat problem. and their kitchens aren't closed off from the rest of the shop. so that means rat shit in the meatballs (they do good meatballs)

not to be a total pessimist, but that prize really means about $180.

The govt will tax you 40% or so, leaving you about $280, and in NYC its about $100 for delivery from IKEA the last time I looked.

If Ibold was the mystery date, you could pester him about pavemernt and SY.
