I know this is from five months ago, but anyway - their first album was very much of a certain style, and I can understand someone not liking it, it's not my favourite Saints album. The second one Eternally Yours is my favourite, it has them using a brass section and acoustic guitars, the third one Prehistoric Sounds is completely different to Stranded, the jazzy horn section was the lead instrument, rather than a distorted electric guitar. So, the following two albums are well worth checking out.
