Bypassing surfcontrol or surfwatch at school or work

most surf control type programmes only block url addresses and not i.p. numericals. but anyway i have already done the work so here is a bypass for you all if you can't access things at work or school67.159.56.75just type that into your address bar and go from there. if it is blocked then there are others but they are fairly easy to find if you know how to ping urls...TP
