But I have this MPEG 4 Video file that I want on my ipod. It is some video I made for a school project and I wanna show my friends.
Now I have the file in a folder, and when I drag and/or add the file into itunes (which I've tried in numerous ways) it won't show up. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm comparing it to other videos that I got from the itunes store (Hotel Chevalier) and everything seems to be the same. I even have the two files in the same folder. When I double click the file it won't play. Itunes comes up but it doesn't play. When I click the Hotel Chevalier file it starts playing in itunes. What gives? Anyone have any idea how to help?

I think I figured out the problem
I moved the MPEG 4 from a Mac to a PC and that just fucked everything up.

unless it changed the file type, there shouldn't be a problem with compatibility
