A while ago i went to a performance of Gavin Bryars's 'Jesus Blood Never Failed Me'.The performance was nothing short of phenomenal and ever since i keep on hearing this piece of music(last time was 2 days ago in a record shop) in different places. It's not the first time that it happened and it won't be the last.

the only thing worse than hearing that song is hearing people hum it. it's the worst song i've heard for a long time... my sister was humming it earlier and throttling her did briefly cross my mind.

That song that goes "A little ditty, 'bout Jack and Dianne..." I hear it all the time, makes me want to shoot myself in the head.

I've never heard that. But if two people think it's so bad I feel I have to hear it. Random songs follow me around now and then but recently I've been haunted by the opening chords of Belle and Sebastian's "I Could Be Dreaming". The tremolo buzz of the electric guitar followed by the high notes sticks to my ears. |

Perhaps its not that odd, because I'm hanging out at bars quite often but Steve Miller's, The Joker is a song I hear a lot. Painfully a lot.
I really don't like Steve Miller. |
