My eyes are tired, and I really need to go to sleep. Yet I keep clicking, and typing. Why the fuck is this? I haven't had t.v. reception in my home in decades literally, but the thing with late night t.v., is at least you eventually fall asleep in front of it. A computer seems to keep one at least partially awake in semi-literate zombiedom for a virtual infinity.

But you get typing practice! Glad my 7th grade typing class paid off years later...

Not always a bad thing the internet. Right now it is 4am or 04:00 and I had to burp, change and de-snot my son. This is ok with me but, the fact that my body will not return to sleep once its been active for more than 40 minutes is indeed a curse. So here I am typing away in an already zombiesque state of being, you see participating in this late night undead collective is more relieving than one may think.

I tell you Pookie I have a new found respect for any parent, but mostly those who are attentive to their kids. Luckily I dont work tommorrow but, usually I would, anyways hope all is well with your newest addition to the family.

All's well in Pookie mansions, thanks. Last night my boy Seth (3 weeks old) would only sleep laying on my chest, with my finger in his mouth. Kitty (3) decided she didn't want to be left out, so cuddled up next to me. Mum (31), was exhausted and so slept peacefully. Pookie (40, but feeling a lot older at the moment), didn't sleep, for fear of Seth falling of chest and me rolling on him. Have a good Christmas with your lovely boy RdTv, and rest assured that even though parenthood doesn't get any less tiring, it does get more rewarding and more fun the older the children get (although at some point they turn into evil non-humans if gmku is to be believed). |

Thank you sir. I'm already sure about the rewards, I mean its rewarding to just get a smile out of them, as far as down the road goes, yeah it will be kinda strange but, I just take each day as it comes and focus on what i have to do at that moment. Maybe there will be a ''non-parents of the world watch all the kids'' day and the tired parents can get some rest that they deserve.....hehehe only kidding.
