i voted for risk, hahahahahaha.
nah, in all seriousness, i think peace sells; killing... and so far... have some pretty low moments (so far more than killing) but gawd, when they were on... "looking down the cross", "skull beneath the skin", "mechanix" and then you have "in my darkest hour", "hook in mouth", "502"... fuck it, i'm voting for killing is my business instead. i do have to say, i think they have a better discography than metallica, i love all their albums through cryptic writings, they were playing some melodic shit like "use the needle" and "almost honest" but that album also has "she-wolf" and "fff" when metallica was playing "gimme fuel, gimme fire, gimme that which i desire". |

Countdown To Exctinction, because you can't fucking beat the way it sounded. I think the bass and drumset sounds are just THE WAYthey should sound in rock. Very cool shit. I also loved the way ANGRY AGAIN sounded. Fucking tight snare!!!

"angry again" is not in countdown, it first appeared on the last action hero soundtrack and later on the hidden treasures compilation.

I voted for Rust in Peace, primarily because it has Holy Wars and Hangar 18 on it.

youthanasia is pretty solid, some good songs there; some shit there too though.
that's all i listened when i got the chicken pox, i was like 13. motopsycho is just all out embarrasing, i know megadeth fans who have that repressed on their mind "what? never heard of it, when was that released again?" |

The first half of Rust in Peace is amazing. Serious guitar work going on. Cryptic Writings is actually pretty good as well. I've always liked them better than Metallica.

I don't like Megadeth's high-pitch guitar tones (kind of shredder-like) and Mustaine's voice, I prefer Metallica's sound.

That's why I don't really enjoy listening to Metallica's stuff before 1990. |

Even with Carpal Tunnel I think Dave was a better guitarist.
