Didn't Schoenberg teach a load of the early-Hollywood composers? Or have I entirely mis-remembered something? You're right, but there's a few scores I like - Oskar Sala is an oft-overlooked wizard of contemporary electronic music.

Some of my favorite music is from film scores.
Especially incidental music.
There's a list as long as my arm.
