Yay! My second-favorite Pavement album.
On a semi-unrelated note, Mark Ibold was doing an ultra-brief interview on el radio, and he sounded EXTREMELY bitter and very evasive. Any developments I'm unaware of? |

Pale Horse Riders "Vituperate" E.P. Nice magic marker lettering! |

Very tough call. Dependent upon mood, that title can shift from S&E, Crooked Rain, and Wowee Zowee. Ah, the pressure! |

I have a shirt like this. While in high school I would wear it to all of the German Club fundraiser dinners.

Wowee Zowee is also my second favorite behind Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain. |

I think Wowee Zowee is definitely the most fun to listen to, even though I think every single release of theirs is nearly perfect.
I've got a sealed copy of Slanted and Enchanted coming in the mail on 180g vinyl, and Rather Ripped just shipped from Midheaven this afternoon, so I'm gonna be having a ball next week. |

Yes!! I just got CR CR and S&E deluxe a couple of months ago. Are they going to re-issue all of the Pavement albums? Cause if they are, I'll just wait to get the rest of the albums in deluxe format. I've yet to hear any other Pavement albums except the 2 previoudly mentione ones.

Malkmus calls Wowee Zowee "the last classic Pavement album", so it seems unlikely. I think they have less to draw from as far as extras for the last two albums too.

Yea, the most they'd do after Wowee de might be like to tye up any loose b-side ends, and that'd be unlikely move too.
I listened to wowee for the first time in awhile tonight. I've always had a little trouble really getting into it most times. But it was really fitting tonight. Had a nice refreshing feeling... and goes well with herb, as this seems to be a hot topic as of late. Ahm.
