An ULTRA-RARE, rarest-of-the-rare, rare RARITY from sir richard bishop...
"automatic writing" Limited to something ridiculous like 5 copies (okay, probably like 500), this was an improvised thing he did and he released it a good year ago but it has never surfaced until a few days ago: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YA4UVW08 |

I looked back a couple of pages in the thread and didn't see anything about it. Has anyone seen this yet?
http://www.vbs.tv/watch/soft-focus-s...richard-bishop I remember there being a thread a while back that was about Soft Focus, seemed to kind of go back into the background again. But it's a pretty interesting interview. I like the bit about killing people with music. I wish it was a longer interview. Big thanks though to everyone who uploaded stuff. Love SCG.

Hey kids,
Just wanted to bump this thread for all you budding guitarists. The Girls liked to use an E modal tuning on many of their songs - EBEEBE. This tuning was used on many of their classics featured in the first set of the Brothers Unconnected shows - Nyn De Gris Sang, Civets Tango, Vinegar Stroke, Space Prophet Dogon etc. Sometimes however, their guitars were tuned slightly flat. Give it a try and you'll figure out a number of tunes in no time. Have fun! |
