ethipian berbere lentils or lamb + injera

Crème Brûlée

tocino del cielo

well-cooked meats and by that i don't mean well done, i mean rare when applicable, crispy when applicable, and always properly seasoned, roasted, grilled, stewed, and

steak tartare

spanish tortillas and fritattas

buffalo burgers

organic peanut butter

chocolate, the darker the better
