What's going on with this forum? This is so painfully hideous, it's hilarious. Reminds me of when a new Radiohead album comes out and you have all these wusses torturing themselves about its quality. It's either a severe lack of confidence in your own sense of judging something or or God knows what it is. Some things are plain shit. Simplify your life, others are intent on complicating it anyway.

they used to be a massive band for me, so i would have thought i would at least be a little excited about the news, but turns out i'm not.

Honestly, I'm pretty psyched for this..
I love them and their first record is incredible. I don't know much about their history but I seriously see no problem in reunions for any bands ar all as long as they haven't replaced all members and if they can't play anymore. |

If they're reforming for the purposes of touring, they'll need to drastically improve on what they were like when they first hit. One of the worst live bands I can remember. Other than that it can only be nostalgia. For a lot of people (such as me) they sort of defined a moment but that moment has now long since passed.
