This interview made me wonder if the songs were demoed with just an acoustic or two at some early point? I'll pretend they were and that some day I will hear them, because that's the sort of world I chose to inhabit.

i've wondered a few times how the decision to expand it to include a full band was influenced by Demolished Thoughts? Had Times/Tides turned out an accoustic album it would undoubtedly be compared to Thurston's album and that would detract from the songs i do think a Lee accoustic album would be cool though |
