Courtney has had so much cosmetic surgery done on her face, she's hardly recognisable! Frances must've thought the mother she and everybody else recognised left the house one day, and a complete stranger returned!

frances file for this, but they have been living together and they have been attending events all the time?

probably giving frances control of the money so they can use it without courtney being accused of messing with her inheritance, thats my theory for now.

Guardianships of this nature are frequently established when the parent is not capable of taking care of their children.

The guardians appointed by the court are Wendy O'Connor, Kurt Cobain's mom, and Kimberly Dawn Cobain, Kurt's sister.

The guardianship was established on Friday. Courtney Love was not in court.

The guardianship is for both Frances Bean personally and her financial well-being.

The guardians do not have power over the trust established after Kurt Cobain's death.

it seems no one can access the mega bucks left to Frances when Kurt took buckshot for his tummy aches.
