So I was playing poker on facebook and I went around the table looking at people's information, and noticed that there was someone named Mark Arm was playing, and that he is from Seattle. The picture was of a labrador retreiver, so I couldn't tell if it was really him. So I just asked him:

Steven Kundert: are you THE Mark Arm of Mudhoney fame?
Mark Arm:

Steven Kundert: I'm a big fan.
Mark Arm: nice to meet u

OMFG! I wish he hadn't gotten eliminated in the first hand so that I could have added him as a poker buddy.

So...yeah...has anyone else had a brush with a celebrity online or in person?
I also got a couple pictures of Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon when they were walking around outside where their concert was going to be wednesday. I would have talked to them but I was too shy.

I said "Hi!" to Lee (he said "Hey!" back) outside the Knoxville show, he was just strolling down the street. And I was in Grimey's at the same time as Thurston and Steve, but didn't say hello because Thurston had like 5 people around and Steve was browsing the used jazz section.

i made a fake myspace as an experiment. her name was muffy and she was from long beach. here it is....http://www.myspace.com/muffystardust totally ridiculous. i had a picture from nose down to cleavage with my finger in my mouth... joe rogan requested me and proceeded to hit on me. you can see how he's on muffy's friend list.

secondly... met steve burns on a messageboard a lonnnng time ago. introduced myself to him at his show and he mauled me... tell me *I* was famous and then wrote all over my hands with a sharpie things like "i'm famous!" although steve isn't really that famous.
