anyway, costco is fucking gold. a bottle of gnarly head red zin that sells at whore foods for $11 is $8 at costco. fucking a right.

also, the seafood rules. and the frozen fish and seafood, oh... i had scallops the size of a small cellphone!

eh, restaurants are overrated. i cook like the fucking gods. ha ha ha.

no really, all you need for scallops is a good pan to grill them with a little butter or olive oil. you might wanna toss some shallots or something. it's not difficult.

they cook fast. just make sure theyre well defrosted. if you overcook the get chewy.

i'd recommend the suppa-classic coquilles st. jacques if you wanna get fancy. but i mean, it's a piece of cake.
