Is the new Fall one any good?
Also, oh dear, ebay 'victories': and on LP...the French reissue not the original on Ohr. |

I didn't hear Fall Heads Roll even. I think I'll probably go and see them next month though. It's quite expensive I think, £15 or thereabouts. I'll try and blag my way in for free.
Also, won on ebay about 10 minutes ago: |

Me too. Splendid, their best since The Unutterable in my opinion, especially Fall Sound, Coach and Horses and The Usher. Anyone who had the pre-release downlaod version should be warned that the LP version of 'Reformation' is 25 seconds or so shorter, so you have two versions. Don't throw that dl one away. I'm given to understand that the dl version of 'Reformation' is identical to the 'exclusive' version that comes with the latest issue of Uncut magazine.

Rob, people like The Fall because they're good! Not because they're British. |

Yeah, I hope this record is decent. Pretty sure it's the later stuff with Asheton and the other guy from MC5 or whatever. The weird stuff on that ecstatic peace boxset sounds more interesting but that's super expensive. |

She was in the band all the way through I think....Gospel Crusade is the one on Father Yod (not ecstatic peace as I said earlier, my mistake)...I can't remember if that's the name of the whole boxset or just one of the discs. |
