I'm trying to inject a little individuality into these impersonal environs, Sir! Isn't it more interesting to see an acutal copy of a record I own than some Google image.

Yes. The one on the right does have a mannish face, I noticed that too. Although I'd say it's more the photo and the make-up. Killer body nonetheless.

True. I do think the effect is intentional, though, to create a little bit of ambiguity, to create something a little off. Interesting cover in several respects.
