Somehow I can never get into this band. I like some songs, but just can't get into it. May give them a listen again.

NOOO! not their best man... Well, I guess its just your opinion. The album is different, it's me is amazing/weird/a side of them I never expirienced before..

But it is good.

Seriously? I thought it sounded like Bug mixed with Green Mind.

Got it right here in front of me.

And yeah agree with that Bug/Green Mind mix. You could stick "They Always Come" or "Water" on Beyond easily and it would still make sense.

I'm a little dissapointed with Beyond so far, folks. It doesn' seem like J puts the TLC into the tunes as much anymore. He's content just laying a few chords down and the arrangements are lacking. Even the leads..(gasp!) don't take ya somewhere like they used to.

BUT... these are initial listens.

Since neither independent store in town here has it in stock yet, I'm assuming it's shite. They don't seem to care much about it either. When I hear them talk it up, I'll consider biting, but not until then. For the time being, I'm consumed by Love.
