grohl just merges with a kfc colonel cartoon over time so he can't really be "killed" in the traditional sense. kirst was murdered |

at least we were all spared the 2003 nirvana reunion where kurt walked on stage with a custom jagstand with the american flag painted on it and dedicated all apologies to john kerry.

I've been wanting to pick up some Hank Williams, especially something with steel guitar. He seems to have more post-death releases than Tupac. Is there anything anyone recommends?

Yeah, I entirely agree. Especially as that could quite easily apply to me.

Besides being the definitive and essential compilation of the legend's creative output, the album also stands as a classic among all compilation albums of its kind. Everything is well executed here, from the logical chronology of the song listings to the packaging (what could be more appropriate to the era, the man, and the music than those honky-tonkin' musical notes against a bright yellow background?) and the historically detailed liner notes. Authentic as a Friday night dance crowd clearing the floor for the skunk the town drunk let in, or something like that. Damned good, damned authentic stuff, especially if'n you can get it on vinyl.

thanks, I think I saw one of these at Academy...
[EDIT} my friends at the library had one of these for me to borrow, along with new books by Mike Connelly, Markus Sakey and Andrew Vacchs. Quote:
