That'd only be fun if Holland win it. Losing a 3rd World Cup final (against the Germans no less) would be the cruelest thing ever. ever. I do not dare to look ahead of things though, Uruguay seems difficult enough. Sure, they might not be a world class team, but together with Holland they're the only team who haven't lost yet and they've only conceded two goals in all games. Could be a very physical game. |

I really want Holland to win this but I think you're right. As good as they are going forward, I still think they're vulnerable at the back. I think it'll be very tight and, as you say, could get really physical. I'm expecting Robben in particular to have a really rough time of it. Even without Suarez, Fucille and Lodeiro, Uruguay are gonna be really hard to break down. And with Forlan, they're more than capable of getting something out of nothing. A great game for the neutral but if I was Dutch, I'd be really nervous. |

I'm actually more worried about Holland's ability to score than I'm about their defense. The Dutch attack hasn't shown all that much so far and they've been struggling to break down earlier defensive opponents (Denmark, Japan, Slovakia) and I reckon Uruguay will be more tougher than what they have faced so far (Cameroon and Brazil didn't play that defensive). Dutch defense might not consist of superstars, but they seem to work together well as a team most of the time. We'll see.

you must spread some rep around before giving it to pokkeherrie.
That signature of the vuvuzela is great.... Holland and Germany will meet in the 3/4 game. Spain surprises everyone by sitting Torres and starting Pedro who along with Villa put it in the back of the net. Seriously I would start the kid he fast, he hungry and Germany isn't prepared for him. Forlan nets one at 85 and Uruguay wins 1-0. I'm thinking Spain 3-2.

i am going for Holland today, i like Uruguay but they are missing a few players and i think the passing of the dutch will be too much.

What a blast by Van Blokhurst but DIEGO DIEGO!!!! Uruguay's a still in despite the players they're missing. The Dutch look too tight. They look like England right now. Cmon Uruguay!!!!!

as much as i love the dutch people i've met, and love their country (and used to love their football team) i really dont like this Dutch side. Apart from maybe Kuyt
they seem really arrogant in their play and are proper dirty! like a vicious little drag queen 'mon the 'gauy! |

uruguay has started to fall back, which is not good with robben and sneijder so close to the goal. they are really missing someone to play with forlan.

fucking van bommel finally gets a card after 2 games for an involuntary fuckup of all things. nice game, uruguay did good, but holland was better in the end. robben is really really great, the bastard. |
