Our traditional short crust pastry case is deep filled with a rich steak, ale and English Stilton stew, then topped with a heap of potato mash. Our stew is simply made with carefully selected cuts of British chuck steak simmered very slowly with in a rich beef stock with a generous slug of ale. |
