the closest thing to that bacon roll I have seen is a bacon biscuit at Whataburger. a fluffy biscuit with bacon inside. Ussally they come with eggs in the sandwhich also.

I gogled brown sauce. They do sell this stuff in the "imported/ethnic" aisle of the supermarkets.

never tasted it though. I love worcestershire sauce on my steaks though.
