I'm more of an "Electric Music For The Mind And Body" guy when it comes to Country Joe, especially the tune "Bass Strings." Great stuff.
I even have a copy of the Cleanliness and Godliness Skiffle Band's sole LP, which includes some of the same people in its lineup. It's pretty enjoyable, but I don't listen to it all that often. I was lucky enough to score a sealed original cutout of that one on the cheap. |

Astronauts are a good call. In that vein:
Ventures Davie Allen and the Arrows Dick Dale From my own area, I have to give it up to The Litter for being awesome. |

In the same vein, I'll throw in Santana who were rediculous.

Thanks for all the Delia/White Noise links! Not quite a downloadable/replayable MP3 of White Noise, but lots to at least check into there.

I'm among the ones who dig the Creation.
How Does It Feel to Feel has a lot of distorted guitars; The Girls Are Naked has curious lyrics. And their covers were great! Hadn't thought of the Millenium until lungfish mentioned them. That was really good. I love the Flamin' Groovies, when Roy Loney was their singer. He left in 71 to be replaced by a non-rocker. Band photos show that they were guys having fun. Well, pictures from Supersneakers and the other booklets. Cyril Jordan was a gifted guitarist. The Strangeloves were not that fantastic, but at least they wrote Cara-Lin and I Want Candy. |

Lungfish:
That Jan Dukes De Grey album is one of my very favorites. What a talented group. I can't believe there were only three of them! |

I totally agree, though they really only had one worthwhile album, Vincebus Eruptum, and much of that isn't even that good. Their best song is a freaking cover, and yet they do still somehow rule. |
