i bought the new Sub Pop Compilation, mainly because i can put that wolf eyes track on my ipod lol some of the tracks are kinda crappy, but there are some good stuff. I also bought the new record by Grizzly Bear.

the kills - no wow

i had it on mp3s for ages and they sold it at cat power's show last thursday for $10 usd aprox. including bonus dvd. i like that album.

Sonic Investigations (of the trivial) by ESSENDON AIRPORT

Really excellent late 70's early 80's electronica by a sadly ignored Melbourne band. The stand out track is "talking to cleopatra", which is hilarious.
