Yeah, Need New Body are great but with a pretty sketchy recorded output. Live they are fantastic though. |

My favorite need new body song is that "meets, hits it off, hangs out, makes friends... and is never seen again." song.

I've heard all their stuff besides the newest one that came out and it's definitely my favorite.

Sorry for being be the ever so annoying cunt again here, but Diamanda Galas DIDN'T just take inspiration from opera, she was classically trained as a pianist and a singer, the operatic style being one of them. To relegate all her records to a corner cluttered by the work of an opera singer obsessed with semi-satanic, end of the world themes seems to me that you haven't really listened to many of them to start with. The fact that you don't like what she does is fine and dandy, at least try to get a modicum of knowledge on the subject you're passing opinions on. |

I only know one of her record actually ( I think it's Plague mass ).
Its all a capella. Thank you for being more accurate than me about her! Yet , if people had to know everything that a band has released to be able to talk about it , there would be very few discussion on music here , probably none about Sonic Youth. |
