Well yeah, if it were happening for like a week or something I wouldn't break up with him, but from what you said it's been going on for a while, and you've tried to deal with the situation but are getting no results, hence my post.

two girls i know have had this problem, the first one's boyfriend stopped having sex with her because he wanted to break up but didn't have the balls to come out and say it and it ended with her eventually getting dumped, the second one her boyfriend just became too comfortable in the relationship and he got complacent, she resolved the situation by trying to initiate sex with him and then bursting out in tears when he wasn't responsive, they are now engaged and sex is back to how it should be

yeah but you can love someone and be attached to them without being in love with them. for example i will always love my boyfriend but if i was not also in love with him we would be done.

I think it's natural for relationships to change over time, and I think if you dump every relationship you have as soon as you don't want to unf them 24/7 yr going to have a lot of relationships. Which might suit you fine, but I dont think its necessarily a reason to dump someone. But that is my opinion.

this is true, and it's not a good reason to break up on its own, every relationship has good times and bad times but if you both really want it to work bad enough you can get through it. this is where LOVE (not in love) plays a part.
