I wrote a paper about album cover art for one of my college photography classes. My prof loved it, though she said, rightly so, that she detected an overly Susan Sontag-ian influence. lol.

Yeah. All the albums I think are great also have great cover art. They're the ones where everything gelled, where the music, the art, and the packaging all speak to each other, and where they all say something about the larger context, social, cultural.

Again, people, let's remember to identify the album we show if it's not clear from the cover art what it is. Don't try to be cool by thinking you're cool by not doing this. It's not cool.
