sure, I know what halfeatencake's is but I'll let her post it. I think I've nearly finished mine but I can't decide if I'm going to finish with Scissor Shock or Seefeel. I think I will choose Scissor Shock... (the theme for the mix-cd is to spell out yr name) |

Forgot to include Fleetwood Mac - Fleetwood Mac in last night's playlist. Between My Aim is True and IV. Just so you get the true flavor of the evening.

A very fine and underrated group.
Good for all of you who like Neubauten, Swans, Godflesh and other nasty shit. Get into it.

I just got Fleetwood Mac's "Then Play On" LP a while ago. I had heard a DJ play "Oh Well, part II" at a metal festival in LA just before Pentagram played last year, didn't know who it was and always wanted to find out. Surprise! It's Fleetwood Mac doing their best Morricone impression. At least thats what I think I heard playing. May never know for sure. Now I need the "Man of the World" and "Green Manalishi with the Two Pronged Crown" 45s.
Also, this is really good. |

I think this might be my mix-cd tracklist:
Samantha Glass - Secret Parking Lot The Advisory Circle - Eyes Which Are Swelling Universal Studios Florida - Villains Autre Ne Veut - OMG Ryan Garbes - Relay Teeth Mountain - Ghost Science Gang Gang Dance - Thru and Thru Run DMT - Ramona Omar Souleyman - Atabat Venetian Snares - Ultraviolent Junglist Experimental Audio Research - The Calm Before Scissor Shock - Sunset Dream Of Codeine Eyeball or this was my first one I came up with: Sleep ∞ Over - The Key Trumans Water - Radio Play Universal Studios Florida - An Elm Skeye Acid Mothers Temple & the Melting Paraiso U.F.O. - Universe Of Romance Royal Trux - The Spectre Teeth Mountain - Soft Beast Gang Gang Dance - Stanton Street Run DMT - Elephant Om - Version Voice Of The Seven Thunders - Out Of The Smoke Eric Copeland - Reptilian Space Beings Shapeshifting Bloodsucking Vampires Scissor Shock - Ghost Snoring or maybe I will do a couple... as well as spelling out my name with the artists, the song titles also spells my name backwards! Yes I do have far too much spare time on my hands... but because I choose to do that I was very limited to what I could choose, I'd really prefer not to have Venetian Snares on this but I couldn't find another artist begining with V that had a track starting with U.... any ideas? maybe I will scrap the spelling my name backwards as well and make a better one.... I'm not really happy with either. |
