You don't need to use toothpaste to brush your teeth, although it does help. The most important thing is the brushing.
Chewing gum and citrus fruit is good but citrus fruit juice is bad. Crisps are worse than chocolate because they stick in your teeth longer. There has been no proven link between chewing gum and cancer. And no, believe it or not, I'm not a trained dentistman. |

I'm not a gum defender. I always avoid artificial sweeteners and processed food generally. |

I get that pretty bad too, I got this stuff from my doctor called omeprazole and it pretty much changed my life. My teeth are in perfect condition though. |

I brush my teeth 1 to 3 times a day. Depending on the availability of my time. Nothing worse than having a mouth full of ass breath.

there are different models. the 50 dollar one has bad reviews. you are not using the 50 dollar one. you are using the 150 dollar one. as far as omeprazole.... if they've started selling lansoprazole over there yet.... it's 1000 times better. fo srs. |

the thought of a $150 toothbrush makes me feel ill.
I suppose that's cheaper than a filling, and yes, it works great, but yikes! |

If you're only going to brush your teeth once a day, surely the evening is best, otherwise all of that food is eating away at your teeth and gums all night .
