Autumn/fall. Not too hot not too cold, perfect.

I spose it depends on where you live. Winter in Aus is alright, just gets dark really early.

The Melbourne stereotype is that we get four seasons in one day. And this shits me because it reminds of Vivaldi's 'The four seasons' which reminds me of yuppies...
But I do like the changes from one season to another. Winter's my favourite because that's when my birthday is and it's easier to warm up in Winter than it is too cool off in Summer. Then again, Summer's good because the day seems longer and I tend to get more done. |

Autumn because it's gorgeous and the weather is so nostalgic. Although it's right around the time when school starts ... but that'll only be for about 3 more years.

Fall, by far.
All the leaves change and all the obnoxious clothing goes away and the weather is perfect. |

The order was wrong in the poll - Spring (birth/ youth), Summer (maturity), Autumn (old age), Winter (death into rebirth) is my preferred order.
I'm not entirely averse to other seasons, but I'm very much a winter person. We have a log fire in our house, and there is absolutely nothing better in the whole of the world than coming back, having frozen your tits off dancing, to a warm house, a log fire, a glass of whiskey and some choice records.

i'm a spring person, but it's the same here in winter. Log fire and groovey records when it's freezing cold outside.
Watching snow fall last winter was blissful. ha i need some Joyce now |

each has it's own merit, but summer still has a special place, with my birthday (as uneventful as each year passes) and summer tours and warm weather (excluding the humidity)
and plenty of beach and cocktails |
