$80 - $100au is the average price for big shows in Aus. Dylan is around $140 though so I havent decided if Ill go or not

$60 is the most i've paid to see sonic youth last year. It was pretty boring, maybe I just had too high an expectations.

£70 to see a tiny Madonna onstage. I could have spent a lot less and gone to G.A.Y., which generally has the same sort of atmosphere that you felt at that gig.

Yes, it was October 2000 in Perth.

It's the same here actually, ticket pices for big shows have pretty much doubled since then... but I haven't been to any big shows in recent years. Stadium shows can cost anywhere between €50-€80 nowadays.. that's still cheaper than AU$150 though (which is €95 as I just found out!

). I reckon a band like the Cure would cost about €40 nowadays if they'd play here.

i paid a hell of a lot of money to go to coachella, (however much the fucking weekend pass cost, i think it was over $200 and i paid for two people to go) but all in all i think it was worth it.
