I overuse my Chapstick too. I go through an average of 2-3 a month. I keep it in my pocket at all times.

Use of chapstick and lotion actually decreases your body's natural production of oil, resulting in even drier skin. This in turn creates the vicious circle of needing even more artificial moisturizers to alleviate the discomfort.

I'm addicted to both, of course. But the lip-chewing thing is a compulsion; I do it if I'm either nervous or concentrating. The best moisturizer EVER, for any body part, including lips:

procrastination for sure, infact i reckon there's an 85% chance my life will end in ruin due to procrastination, i just can't help myself.

Yeah, I had one of those but I lost it somewhere. (which is another bad habit, that I forgot to mention earlier.

I 'm too lazy to do the washing-up when I see my sink full of dishes, I always want to have sex when I'm with my girlfriend, and I like drinking alcohol until the end of the bottle.

Picking the skin around my right thumb. All the other fingers and thumb go unpicked, but the right thumb is picked at mercilessly, often until it bleeds.
