My sister: Psychobilly, Psychobilly Psychobilly...mainly The Meteors but other stuff too. She turned me onto a lot of great old school punk and hardcore stuff. Has soft spot for some goth and 80's garbo.
My brother: eclectic as a mother....everywhere...jazz, indie, brazilian, spanish guitar, blues, and reggae... I've learned a lot from them both and my folks. |

my older brother (22) was a member of the old board (he was cargocombi) and is the one who introduced my to SY (as well as countless other bands: Lightning Bolt, My Bloody Valentine, Sleater-Kinney, etc.). he and i share a lot of musical tastes, but i tend to enjoy more hard rock than he does (i still love Metallica, for example, whereas he grew out of them when he was 16 or something).
my little brother (14) listens to the White Stripes, the Strokes, the Hives, Franz Ferdinand, the Ramones, and the Clash. which isn't too bad.

my little bro is 16 and likes a lot of good music. IF you were to ask him what are his favourite bands he would probably say Captain Beefheart, The Stooges, the Birthday party, Sonic Youth, Black Sabbath, the Fall, liars, devendra banheart...
my other little brother is 12 and isn't really much into music.
