climax golden twins-the rock alum (i think thats its name-the white album with tred polka dots).
a brilliant ecclectic album. short songs that mold into eachother. experimentation with folk, noise, punk, jazz, beefheartesque riffs all done in a very sun city girls mindset. just an all around amazing alum, that basically does the excact music that i would like to do.

So, an album that embodies everything I love?
That's a hard question, because I take these kinds of questions way too seriously. There are so many different things that I love about music. I'll get back to you on that. |

Bows- Blush I've never met or spoken to anyone whos heard this record, which is a total pain, but to me it's like beauty incarnate. It's lushious string arrangements over seductive & sexy female and male vocals, mixed with breaks and beats. Its just an album that always makes me feel the world around me is beautiful and awe inspiring, which is what all art should do. Awesome stuff - Bows is a side project of Luke Sutherland from scottish rock group Long Fin Killie, if anyone knows that well. |
