Nah, Animal Collective are VERY hit-or-miss, mainly miss, and their last few albums have been just weird enough to be listenable but are actually quite annoying. I really think Sung Tongs was the last really good thing they did, and I prefer the works of their solo members to the whole band anyway.

I'm surprised, because I'm really enjoying this...
I've never "gotten" Animal Collective, they've always been a little "meh". But this is pretty entertaining. |
