Paranoid and Vol. 4 are two of my favorite records.

every time i'm driving through the mountains, i have to throw on Paranoid. something about giant rock formations and massive/heavy riffs.

You need to have the first 4 records! Not only they are the very aural definition of what rock music should do when it rocks, but they also haven't aged one bit. They still sound as fresh today as ever.

Black Sabbath was the first band I ever met (was during their Dio days, so sadly, no Ozzy).

they were staying at a hotel my dad used to manage.

they tried to convince me to get my dad to give them free beer. he wouldn't do it, but I think that I would have had a better story if he had.
