Keep in mind ''shit'' to me might be ''meh'' or ''ok'' to other people, I just like to polarize things sometimes.
Anyways I was referring to ''Iron Flag'', ''8 Diagrams'', ''Chamber Music''. The bitch about these records is that during this time period from 01-current, Ghostface dropped two dope albums, the Genius dropped one and most of the other members were featured on lots of wu-affiliated singles and records. |

oh, alright. I was nervous you were lumping in THE W with "shit." I actually picked up CHAMBER MUSIC over a week ago and haven't even listened to it yet. Haha.

Its sort of a concept-comp, at least musically. I do wish Method man was there though.

the review I read compared it to Wu-Tang Meets The Indie Culture, which was an album I loved.

Even thinkin about releasin this is a BOLD move on Raekwon's part. I think it's gonna be good. Can't wait to hear the Dilla produced tracks! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Only_Built_4_Cuban_Linx_II |

I think it's gonna be great. He's spent the last 4 years really preparing for this (see: The Vatican mixtapes). I think he was really smart enough to take the time that this project deserved. I'm excited.

I think I remember reading that Ghost and Raekwon were not happy with RZA's vision for 8 Diagrams.
We'll get to see what Raekwon's vision is for the wu hopefully (listening to "It's Over" off The Pretty Toney Album. this shit is no jive. ghostface is motherfuckin consistent) |

You are correct about Rae and Ghost, and they planned on making another Wu-Tang album without Rza called Wu-Tang Vs. Shaolin or something like that. We'll see.
Pretty Toney is my fav Ghost album.

Is bulletproof wallets worth 7 bucks? I can get it at my best buy for that price.
That and Shaolin's Finest.

Yeah. It's an alright album. Pretty low on my list of Ghost rankings, but certainly worth $7. You don't need Shaolin's Finest. There's nothing on there that isn't on his first 3 albums.

Bulletproof is Ghost's worse out of Ironman, Supreme Cilentelle, and The Pretty Toney Album.
But, it's fucking Ghostface, his worst album is better than a majority of hip hop Wu-Tang without RZA.. strange. I didn't know about that |

Bulletproof and Big Doe Rehab were I think his only major albums I'd call weak. But like you said, they're still damn good albums. Just not up to par with the rest of his discography.

Now, when it comes to Ol' Dirty Bastard I didn't feel anything he did after Return To The 36 Chambers.
I probably enjoyed half the songs on Nigga Please. Trials and Tribulations was better, but did not satisfy me |

Osiris was good. I wonder why Ason Unique never came out?

10 Bricks of Cuban Linx 2 uses the instrumental from Jaylib's "The Red"
it's pretty sick. |
