Chout, how is the Tube Zipper? I did a Harmony Central forum search and saw for Tube Zipper and saw you had one. I've been listening to clips of it, and it seems to be one of the most awesome distortions I've ever heard. I might skip getting a LBM and just get a tube zipper, although there is something I really love about the Big Muff sound.
I'm becoming convinced though that EHX is the best pedal manufacturer in the world. Although I won't be able to tell you for sure until my inevitable post-Christmas shopping spree. |

I should get that Hum Debugger, since I have some problems with hum...I also like how it's not a noise gate, becuz that'd kill my feedback...
As for the Nanos, sorry, but I'm a bit old-fashioned...I prefer my EHX's big. Wanna check out that new Flanger Hoax and Harmonic Octave Generator, too. |

I'm definietly getting my hands on that Stereo Pulsar. I've been looking for a good smaller-sized tremolo for a very long time!! And now it's finally here!!!!

The HOG looks very cool. I want to get either a HOG or a POG. I guess I'll have to try both of them out. I don't know about the stereo pulsar kingcoffee. The pulsar doesn't have a built in volume boost, which will annoy you because it will seem like the volume is dropping when you turn it on. The electro harmonix tube tremolo problem has a volume thing on it so it rectifies that problem. One plus of the stereo pulsar is that it will pan in stereo mode, which would be really awesome sounding. I currently have a tuna melt tremolo and I've been looking at this: http://www.catalinbread.com/sem.html Seems really cool, and if you get a teaser stallion oscillating OD to go with it, it seems like there is a lot of cool stuff you could do. I also want to eventually get pedals with stereo ins/outs though. I've got this grand plan for my pedal board that requires months of saving up. It is so frustrating. |

It's very cool. I bought it maily for the distortion, but the envelope filter is real cool. Definitely a pedal you want to write down your settings. I got it used and I'm thinking about replacing the tubes soon, since my friend's new one sounds better to me. I like the distortion alot, a bit thicker than my turbo rat so it's a nice contrast. I still need to sit down with it and get to know it better. Been curious about the newer hot tubes pedal too... EHX is easily my favorite pedal company. |
