you shouldn't drink tea actually, because it only drains more fluids from your body. you're better off with water or sports drinks (non-fizzy ones!) for the next day to refill the sugars/salts that left your body.
also a hot shower on the back of your neck; then catch some fresh air. ideally sleep it off though whenever the possibility is there. |

Why?
No, but I'm joking. Thanks for the advice. I had a friend whose Dad would give her paracetomol when she got back drunk. |

It's strange because I used to know it was bad idea. When did I forget....it wasn't because that girl, she didn't change my mind....
I've only ever done that once or twice anyway. |

yeah i knew a couple of doctors who were cokeheads too. http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/articles...articleId=867# Paracetamol Like aspirin and ibuprofen, paracetamol is available over-the-counter (OTC) without a prescription from pharmacies. Drinking alcohol while taking paracetamol is safe as long as you stick to the recommended amounts (between 3-4 units daily for men, and between 2-3 units daily for women). However, if you have liver problems, either from drinking alcohol, or due to other causes, you should not take paracetamol unless you are told it is safe to do so by your GP. Paracetamol can worsen any existing liver damage, so it may be necessary for you to take an alternative painkiller. -- as you can see you can combine both but there's a margin of error-- you might have liver damage and not know it, you might have ingested some bad quality alcohol, or heavy metals by accident, or waaaaay too much alcohol, or have hepatitis at the same time, so why fuck with probabilities for trivial reasons? iatro-dad should know better. |

Water is the absolute best because the headache comes from dehydration. Sleep is another good one because the body tends to feel more fatigued due to the hangover. A thing that I avoid when I'm hungover is food that is too salty or too sweet. A cat purring into you ear all day is also a good remedy. Not a kitten but a big fat cat. |

I'm slighty hangover-ish right now. I'm just going to pay the price of having too much fun. no cures.
I just drink lots of water before going to bed. |

That is very true. Especially before you go to bed. Need to watch you don't wet the bed during the night though. |
