Ummm... I'm drinking blk coffee again

This and water is all I drink now. Sometimes I add lemon to my water, and heavy whipping cream and/or MCT oil to my coffee.

Taking care of this flesh sack of mine is super important to me these dayz. SO i eat/drink real clean. Don't to any drugs or drink anymore... suckss lol

Gotta go take my multivitamin, fish oil capsule [my pup loves 'em too, great for her dry skin], and GABA nootropic now.

Some party animal, I am. Time to meditate.

Luckily I prefer a long morning over staying up all night these days.

Much respect though....taking care of yourself. My girlfriend has me on that crap. I mean crap in the best way possible. I’m eating a lot less meat and fast food...but still give in to the occasional Taco Bell :/. Lost weight again after gaining it all back. Don’t plan on going. Back to 145lvs though. People thought I was a drug addict. But yeah...I guess this is like adult life. Staying active enough and eat right most of the time...to not feel like shit.
