Mmm, well, it was sorta pricey back in Keith's day, and when you got the habit, I imagine it adds up.

& still, I guess I was more thinking, Keef, your managers, Anita (but also an addict, so count her out, I guess), the record people, your p.r. people--they can't get you to a dentist? It just seemed so freaking weird that this major rock star had such bad teeth. Yeah they were a scrappy outlaw band, but they were on a major label. They had "people."

well, maybe not then... i wasn't around but surely in the early years of rock n roll, and through the 60's i bet, the label/managers would be the ones giving it to them, cos they need something to keep them up and at it whent here touring and playing shows day in, day out. it only seems right, cos there was nothing they knew as to health problems, all they knew is it would do the trick.
